The Little Issues E-newsletter #451 – Life, laughter, and many nice meals!

Welcome to the weekend, my associates! That is the final week of my trip from work and I plan to benefit from it. My brother and his spouse are planning to drive up from Georgia and benefit from the snow with us. (I’m praying that the climate received’t affect that an excessive amount of!) There will likely be numerous card video games and puzzles (as a result of I make everybody do them with me now.), video video games and laughter, in addition to oh-so-many of our favourite meals.

Spicy chile sauce meets up with creamy refried beans and loads of cheese to make these Red Chile Chicken Burritos. One chunk was all it took and we had been hooked. These aren’t little burritos that you just’ll be holding in your hand to eat. These burritos could have you grabbing a plate and a fork and diving proper into that creamy, tacky, chicken-filled awesomeness.

Creamy, wealthy, and saucy, Stovetop Mac and Cheese was one other request and I’ll be cooking up some Garlic Butter Steak Bites to serve alongside it. I’m pondering some Roasted Brussels Sprouts will likely be good with that meal.

We’ll even be making Hen Cordon Bleu Sliders (from my first cookbook) and naturally, (no shock right here) Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

There’s a endless container of ready-to-eat vegetables for snacking, together with loads of ranch dip. There’s additionally queso within the fridge, able to warmth, at any time when the craving hits. It’s going to be a really tasty week!

My FAVORITE THING this week remains to be my puzzle board. I’m completely obsessive about it. Would anybody be involved in seeing what we’re working on each week? For what it’s value, I’m not a elaborate puzzle particular person in any respect. What I’m READING: My oldest son and I are studying A Call to Spiritual Reformation by D.A. Carson and doing a casual Bible research with it. Up to now, I adore it. (Zero doubts this will likely be a 5 star assessment, so I’m assured recommending it whereas we’re nonetheless mid-study.)
